Ron Legrand’s books are good. He writes in a very motivational way. Also, I enjoyed ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’, don’t remember the author’s name.
Really, anything you can read is good. I don’t usually completely follow one person’s advice or system because we all have different personalities and what works well for one person doesn’t necessarily work well for everyone. So, I read everything I can and try to take away a little something from each.
